ASTM 1020 JIS S20C EN 1.1151 Cold Drawn Profile Splined Steel Tube

This cold drawn splined steel pipe is made by high quality structural carbon steel pipe. After multiple cold drawn process, this tube have tiny tolerance and high mechanical property.

Spline coupling consists of internal splines and external splines. The inner and outer splines are multi-toothed parts, the splines on the inner cylinder surface are internal splines, and the splines on the outer cylinder surface are external splines.

Seamless Steel Pipe Process: Hot rolled tubes→acid pickling→splined mould→ cold drawn→stress relieved annealed→multiple cold drawn process→stress relieved annealed→test→package

Delivery condition: Stress Relieved Annealed

Surface condition: Smooth

Finished products Test: Chemical, Tensile test, dimension inspection, flat test, expand test, eddy current test etc.
