431 SUS431 X17CrNi16-2 1.4057 Martensitic Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe

Grade 431 stainless steels are martensitic, heat-treatable grades with excellent corrosion resistance, torque strength, high toughness and tensile properties. All these properties make them ideal for bolt and shaft applications. These steels, however, cannot be cold-worked owing to their high yield strength, hence they are suitable for operations such as spinning, deep drawing, bending or cold heading.

Wall thickness range:1-25.4 mm

Delivery condition: Harden

Surface condition: Acid pickling / polished

Seamless Steel Pipe Process: Round bar→punched→grinded surface→annealed→grinded surface→acid pickling→cold rolled→annealed→Acid pickling or polished→cutting length→package

Chemical, Tensile test, intergranular corrosion, flat test, expand test, nonmetallic inclusion, hydraulic test. 

Tubes will bundled by steel strip and not exceed 3 tons each batch. If thin wall thickness, we will put it into wooden case.
